We are pleased to announce that the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) has approved the merger by absorption of Banque Thaler SA into CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA, as announced on September 1st 2025.
The merger is now effective, and both entities now operate under the single brand name "Indosuez Wealth Management’’.
The full integration of the two entities is expected to be finalised by the first quarter of 2026, at which time all employees of the former Banque Thaler SA will join the Indosuez teams in Geneva and Zurich.
