As part of its partnership with the Association Suisse des Métiers d’Art (ASMA), Indosuez Wealth Management in Switzerland has given its "Métier d'art et Design - Indosuez Award" for the best collaboration between a designer and craftsmen.

Indosuez in Switzerland places the promotion and transmission of excellence, know-how, tradition and passion at the centre of its missions and thereby builds bridges with professions whose values it shares.

This year, the first "Métier d'art et Design - Indosuez Award" prize was awarded to Claudio Colucci, designer at the Grand-Saconnex for his collaboration with Nicolas Berthoud, master sailmaker at Arzier-Le Muids and Jacky Riesen, chandelier maker at Le Grand-Lancy. The trio from Romandy Region combined their skills to give substance to a table lamp made of sailcloth that convinced the jury. The second prize was awarded to the upholsterer Vladimir Boson and designer Denis Savary for their collaboration.

"As an important player in the Swiss economy, our bank, established in Geneva since 1876, benefits every day from the economic and financial dynamism of the region. Today, Indosuez reaffirms that social responsibility and the human dimension are at the centre of its identity and commitment by supporting the local economy, entrepreneurship and innovation. Our partnership is therefore part of a strong desire to promote the transmission of know-how and craftsmanship, whose values of excellence and expertise we share.Jean-François Deroche, Chief Executive Officer, CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA.
